Lahsun Kee Chutney

Ingredients

* 2 heads of garlic, peeled and cloved
* 6-8 tbsp. red chili powder
* 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds, toasted and ground
* juice of one lime or lemon
* salt to taste

Method :

Blend in a grinder using as little water as you can get away with. Chill before serving.

Keep in an airtight container, keeps for a couple of days.
