Milk Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

2 tea cups mixed vegetables (French beans, Green peas, Carrots).
1 chopped Onion.
1 table spoon Butter.
2 cups Milk.
1 ½ tablespoon Butter.
2 cups Milk.
1 ½ tablespoon plain flour.
4 cups of Water.

Preparation :-

Heat the butter and fry the onion for a minute in a casserole.
Add the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 4 cups of water and cook till vegetables are soft.
Then add the milk.
Mix 1 ½ tablespoon of plain flour and water and add it to the soup.
Boil for sometime.
Add salt.

Serve hot.
